We (/roll ) by the ranks in the guild until we going to 25man, and we will ofc use dkp there.

Highest prio is:
Maintank
Guild master, officers, class leaders, core members.
Members
Trials
Social members (if they join)

To get promoted to (Core member) you will need to:
Act normally and be yourself and prove your worth in the guild.
Raided atleast 60% in the month.
The promote will be last date every month.

To get promoted to (Member) you will need to:
Act normally and be yourself and prove your worth in the guild.
Be active on raids, (Don't come late, don't whine about your rank or if you losing on a roll)
The trial period is for 2 weeks (14 days) - if you've prove your worth, You will get an promote.

If you're lucky with a high roll and got the right rank to get the item you win.
If your trial and roll over a core member you lose because of your rank in the guild.
